Seeking support takes strength and courage, and you deserve to be listened to. Below you'll find a variety of resources, some providing generalised services, and some more specific (for example for survivors of revenge porn, sexual harassment at work, parents of children who have suffered abuse and more). I hope these resources may offer some support to you.

ERCC offer "free and confidential emotional and practical support, information and advocacy to women, all members of the trans community, non-binary people and young people aged 12-18 in Edinburgh, East and Midlothian, who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives. ERCC also have a really great supportive and informative blog, for example detailing what happens at a forensic medical examination. If you are from outwith Edinburgh, you may have a similar localised service you can turn to.
