Drop in Sessions: A Place to Talk
We keep certain spaces available for drop-in or ad hoc therapy sessions, without the commitment of regular therapy.
We hold space for you if you wish to explore what has been happening for you. Drop in sessions or single session therapy can be helpful if you currently need a little additional support at the moment, but are unable to commit to regular sessions.
This option is suitable for those who wish to come as and when needed, at your convenience. Please contact us for more information before booking in, as drop in sessions or single sessions are only provided by some of our therapists. These sessions are relaxed and can be either from our city centre location or from the comfort of your own space. We recommend brewing a cup of tea and grabbing a comfy blanket before settling in.
